Online Ordering

Ordering online is for the United States only. If you are getting your order shipped outside the US, please send email your order inquiry, or contact us about it.

Purchase Orders

Orders can be placed via fax, phone or e-mail if your company has established an open line of credit with TFI.

Minimum Order

A minimum charge of $100 US dollars will be applied to each order.

Terms of Payment

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date for customers with an open line of credit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you are ordering online, you can use Paypal, it's safe and secure.

Pricing

All prices either on this web site or quoted are in US dollars and subject to change without notice

Shipping

Prices are FOB Greenfield, Massachusetts. All freight charges are pre-paid and will be billed to the buyers. International shipments require buyers UPS account #.

Delivery

Filters in stock are shipped within 3 business days after receipt of order. For items not in stock an expected delivery date will be quoted by our technical sales representative.

Specifications

TFI reserves the right to change any specifications for stock items without notice

Warranty

TFI warranties its products for a period of one year from date of shipment. All products are warrantied to meet published specifications and to be free from defects in material & workmanship. Returned products will be evaluated for non conformance and if verified will be repaired or replaced. TFI accepts no liability for any consequential or incidental damage from the sale or use of its products.
